Deposit required

• 50% on booking, payable strictly within 7 days.
• Cancellations within 14 days of occupation not refundable.

Weekends

Weekend bookings require a minimum of two weekend nights.
Midweek rates apply from Monday to Thursday.
NB: Please note that Easter weekend entails also booking the preceding Thursday night at the weekday rate, while Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights are charged at the weekend rate.

Booking guidelines

Once a booking has been made, a 50% deposit is payable within 7 days. The balance is due 10 days prior to arrival.  If the booking is made within two weeks of the arrival date, the full amount is payable.

Since there are no card facilities on the farm, the two methods of payment we can process are electronic transfers prior to arrival, or cash on arrival.

RATES ARE PER UNIT

DASSIEKLIP (sleeps 6), DE KOM (sleeps 6) and STONEHAVEN (sleeps 2) have the same rates:

Weekdays R2 000 per night.
Weekends R2 300 per night
Seasonal rates: 20 Dec to 3 Jan R2 500 per night.

DIE VEEPOS (sleeps 6)
Weekdays R2 200 per night
Weekends R2 500 per night
Seasonal rates: 20 Dec to 3 Jan R3 000 per night.

Winter Discount
10% discount on midweek bookings in May, June & July (Western Cape school holidays & weekends excluded).
